Notice to Students
Concerning the Process for Submission of
Applied Dissertation for Final Approval

After the initial approval of your applied dissertation by the dissertation committee, your committee chair will recommend that you submit it for the Format Review as the first step in the final approval process. Applied dissertations must be prepared according to the format described in the Style Guide for the Applied Dissertation. You must send the recommended applied dissertation, unbound and on white paper, with a completed and signed Format Checklist for the Applied Dissertation to the following address:
