Guidelines for the Approval Page

Follow the format shown in the sample Approval Page in the Style Guide for the Applied Dissertation. Do not obtain the signatures of your committee chair and committee member until the executive dean gives final approval. Signers who are based on the North Miami Beach campus will sign the Approval Page after the final manuscript is received at the Applied Research Center. Use the following titles in the order shown:

Committee Chair
Committee Member
Executive Dean for Research and Evaluation (Maryellen Maher, PhD)
