Program
The program is designed to be completed in 36 credit hours of study in 10 courses plus an applied research project, with classes taught on-site in the Bahamas on weekends and online via the Internet. NSU faculty members lead instruction, manage grading, and guide research, all offered with individual direction. Dedicated site coordinators in the Bahamas provide on-site support. Student cohorts of 20 or more move through the program together from inception to completion. This structure enhances consistency, interaction, and collaboration. The 10 core courses are followed by a capstone educational research practicum that applies elements of the curriculum to a significant research project.
Students have full access to Nova Southeastern University's unique electronic library and considerable educational journal holdings.
Students must be admitted to NSU and submit official transcripts to participate in the program.
