Statement of Philosophy
As an educator, it is believed that, learners can be stimulated and motivated to self-knowledge and to obtain understanding to the highest level of their abilities. They must be provided with an environment that will help them to develop their moral, social, emotional, intellectual, physical and personal potential.

It is my desire as an educator to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, challenging, and invites a sharing of ideas. There are three elements that I believe are conducive to establishing such an environment: the teacher acting as a facilitator, allowing the learner's natural curiosity to direct his/her learning, and promoting respect for all things and all people.
