Over 28 years of experience in military and civilian education, training, and information systems specialties. Extensive experience in instructional technology and distance education support programs that include web-based course instruction and video teleconferencing (VTC) course development and instruction. Extensive experience in courseware training development, training support operations, training management, and simulation scenario development and training. Experience in systems design analysis and analysis of information systems. A qualified and certified platform, VTC, and web-based distance education instructor. Designed and developed four VTC workshops for educational and corporate users. Past member of the Advisory Council of the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA), and past President of the Virginia Chapter of the USDLA. Served as an active member of the Virginia Peninsula School-Business Partnership. Selected in 2000 to the International Who's Who in Information Technology Society. Earned Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Instructional Technology and Distance Education. Have taught in university, high school, government, and military environments. Has broad leadership experience having served in key positions in numerous corporate, educational, and military organizations.
