Bulletin: Core Seminars (Blended Model)

The Education Major Steering Committee, based on information received from students, faculty, and field associates, and after a careful review of course(s) content, student assessments, and the instructional delivery of the core seminars, has recommended to the Office of Academic Affairs that students taking the six-credit core seminars will have three face-to-face instructional meetings, if they are taking these seminars in a blended model. These courses are:
- EDD 9100 Leadership
- EDD 9200 Trends and Issues
- EDD 9300 Methods of Inquiry
The Office of Academic Affairs will implement this model for all students starting in the Fall term, 2006. This change does not impact students
who are taking these core seminars in a fully on-line format.
