Fischler School of Education (FSEHS)
Equipment Check-Out/Check-In Procedures

The Fischler School of Education provides equipment on loan for student, classroom, school and faculty use.  The borrower is responsible for the care of the equipment; which includes checking software for viruses and ensuring that the equipment and all of its parts are in the case upon return.  

The borrower will sign a reservation form at the time of pick up and return. If the equipment is needed before 8:30 am or after 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, the borrower needs to pick up the equipment early and lock it in a secure place until it is returned. The equipment must be back on time, so that it is available for the next borrower.  If the equipment is needed longer than originally anticipated, the borrower must make a request to extend usage, which will be based upon availability.

If the equipment is damaged or stolen the borrower is expected to notify us immediately by calling (954) 262-8722 (Claudia Bonilla).

If someone other than the borrower is delegated to pick up the equipment, the person must bear a signed note from the borrower/department head. Requests for equipment should be made at least 48 hours prior to pick up.

Under no circumstances may equipment be borrowed for personal use.
