Class Cancellation Procedure
Site-based classes with only one student will be cancelled. Online classes with only one student will not be cancelled.
Each student enrolled in a class that is cancelled will be able
to change to an equivalent course offered in an online format or
any other course offered at the site without incurring a drop/add
fee or any other additional fees. If no equivalent online course
is available or if no other course offered at the site is required
for the student's program of study, the student will receive a full
refund of tuition paid for the cancelled class. The registration
fee and technology fee will also be refunded provided there are
no other classes for which a registration has been received. If
the cancelled class is the LAST class needed to complete the program
of study, the student must contact an academic advisor to discuss
another alternative that may be available.
