Dear Applicant:
All students must complete the application
process for provisional admission. Following is a checklist for
the initial application process:
- Graduate Admission Application. (Complete all information requested and sign the application form).
- Check
to be mailed ($50.00 non-refundable fee). Credit card payments

- Photocopy of your highest degree transcript with conferral date.
- An earned bachelor's degree is needed to apply for the MS programs
- An earned master's degree is needed to apply for the Ed.S programs
- Photocopy of your teaching certificate (if certified).

Coordinator of Specialization selected for Cluster assignment,
additional information and program of study.
To ensure timely processing, we recommend that you:

- Contact the Bursar's Office to make application fee payment ($50 non-refundable fee) by credit card.
- Mail an official transcript of your highest earned degree to the address listed above.
