NGTE Student Contracts

Participants in the National Graduate Teacher Education Online Program are to complete and submit their own work within the time frames indicated on the program schedule and course syllabus.  All participants should complete the Contract for Verification of Participant's Work.

Assignments that are submitted beyond the due date will receive a reduction of credit.  When extreme circumstances exist, participants who require additional time beyond the last day for submission of assignments for the term must contact the instructor and request an extension.  The instructor and participant will agree upon an extended due date using the Incomplete Grade Agreement Form.

Assignments not received by the date agreed upon will not be accepted by the instructor and the participant's grade will be assessed accordingly.  Extensions for completion of assignments should not exceed 2 weeks beyond the last day of the term.

NGTE Online Program is my work alone. I completed the assignments without assistance and in compliance with Academic Standards explained in the NGTE policies.

I understand that I have to attend chat sessions designated by the instructor as part of the course requirements.  Chat sessions will be posted in the course syllabus or within  my course area(s).

I understand that I must secure an NSU e-mail account if I do not already
have one.

I understand that all of my assignments must be submitted by midnight
Saturday each week, (or as specified from the instructor) or I will lose one letter grade per assignment for each week that the assignment is late.

I understand that all of my assignments must be completed by the last
day of the course in order to receive full credit.  Incomplete assignments will receive a 
reduction of credit.
