The Office of Community Education and Diversity Affairs (OCEDA) was established as an entity of the Fischler School of Education and Human Services at Nova Southeastern University. The mission of OCEDA is to increase awareness and understanding of workplace diversity and to develop concrete skills among employees that result in improved communications, increased productivity, and an inclusive environment.
