Diversity training is planned and disseminated through OCEDA’s Diversity Training Sub-Committee. The purpose is to prepare organizations to take advantage of human resources on every level in order to compete in today’s expanding and competitive marketplace. As a result, new and more creative approaches to servicing customers is expected to result in an increase to the organization’s gross profit.
