Open Institutes
Open
institutes are one-week workshops open to all K-16 teachers. Each open
institute includes five 3-hour demonstration lessons to provide concrete
strategies for teaching writing. The open institutes are targeted for
elementary teachers and secondary/post secondary teachers.
Each institute runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for five consecutive days during the summer.
