Students in the Master's Program in Speech, Language , Communication Disorders (SLCD) and the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) members participated in the 3rd annual Dan Marino Foundation WalkAbout Autism. Students donated time and money and supported children and families impacted by autism in this great event. The event continues to stay true to its slogan "Money Raised Here, Stays Here" by making sure that every dollar raised through this effort stays in South Florida and benefits local autism programs including the Nova Southeastern University Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (UM-NSU CARD) which is under the Fischler School of Education and the Programs in SLCD.
