Admissions Process

International Students
International students must present verification of student visa or residency status. Due to availability of clinical placements, students who live outside of the United States, including Canada, during their course of study will not be eligible for admission to the Master of Science in Speech-Language and Communication Disorders [SLCD] program. Furthermore, students accepted to the SLCD program may not relocate outside of the United States, including Canada, before the completion of the degree.

The following Application and Admission Packet* should be completed and used to apply for admission to the Master's Program in Speech-Language and Communication Disorders. Included in the document are the following:

  • Master’s Degree Admission Application

  • Master’s Degree Admission Recommendation Form

  • Master’s Degree Transcript Request Form

  • Master’s Degree Supplemental to Application

The following Application and Admission Packet* should be completed and used to apply for admission to the Doctoral Program in Speech-Language and Communication Disorders. Included in the document are the following:

  • Doctoral Degree Admission Application

  • Doctoral Degree Admission Recommendation Form

  • Doctoral Degree Transcript Request Form

  • Doctoral Degree Supplemental to Application

  • Article to Accompany Doctoral Supplemental Application

  • Submit Miller Analogy Test Scores
