2010 Conference on Global
Leadership, Learning,
and Research
The 2010 Fischler School of Education and Human Services Conference on Global Leadership, Learning, and Research will be held Tuesday, July 13 through Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Orlando, Florida.
First year doctoral students who begin the doctoral program in fall 2009 and winter 2010 terms are required to attend this conference. Doctoral students that begin the program during the summer 2010 term have the option of attending the 2010 conference or attending the 2011 conference. All Doctoral students are required to attend at least one Summer Conference to fulfill their degree requirements.
Returning doctoral students who are currently enrolled and have already fulfilled their summer conference requirement are welcome and encouraged to attend the 2010 conference.
The Summer Conference is also open to NSU Alumni and to the General Public.
All attendees will have a variety of opportunities to learn about some of the latest techniques that are used in the research field and receive information and assistance regarding the dissertation requirements. This may include meeting with Dissertation Chairs and/or Members, attending presentations from various Research Leaders (both corporate and educational), and participating in sessions that will help with the dissertation process.
