Tom Land
Tom Land, Ed.D. is an experienced senior training and organizational
development executive with extensive international experience. A consultant
to senior level business and HR leaders, he identifies mission critical
business issues and customizes learning anddevelopment solutions impacting
their bottom line. In 1996 Tom spearheaded a world-class Global Organizational
Leadership Development program (GOLD) in Motorola. 
The program received
industry best practices recognition and has been replicated in Asia,
other industries, and a major university's Executive Development Program.
He was the Southeast Regional Director for Motorola University, is President
of GOLD Learning Solutions, Inc. in Boca Raton, Florida and is the Dean
of Training and Professional Development at Nova-Southeastern University.
