Workshop Overview

The workshop focuses on identifying science print, nonprint, and digital resources that reinforce national/state standards. The workshop also focuses on integrating those resources and standards into a library media and /or technology education program.

Objectives

• Identify national and state science standards
• Correlate science standards to the American Association of School Librarians (AASL) strudent standards
• Locate quality age appropriate science resources in a variety of formats
• Devolop a science based library media and/or techology education program plan of action
