Our rigorous Green Belt certification program fully prepares students for this vital and challenging role. This learning series is designed to enable participants to fulfill the important role of a Six Sigma Green Belt. With a focus on effective data collection the series will teach the basic tools and techniques of the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control Six Sigma Methodology.

Green Belts are practitioners that spend approximately 5-20% of their time in support of Six Sigma projects. As a Six Sigma Green Belt, you will need to learn when to use many of the proven Six Sigma problem-solving methods and statistical tools to contribute to the success of your organization. This Six Sigma Green Belt course follows the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) model and teaches the soft skills required to participate in projects effectively.
