6 Sigma Certification Program

Course Description

In our Green Belt Certification course, you'll work a project from problem to solution by using the 6 Sigma tools and DMAIC process.

You'll document the problem faced, how it was solved, and the reuslts achieved, with the end result of obtaining Green Belt Certification.

  • Effectively play a Green Belt role in projects

Target Audience

People involved with process improvement; team members or individuals who will support continuous improvement programs; those involved with data collection and project leadership will learn the tools and techniques needed to successfully fulfill the Green Belt role. Strategy Associates, in conjunction with NSU, brings our high-caliber applied workshop training to your staff.

Instructional Model

8 days of instruction (50 hours), coupled with an additional 100 hours of project team work.

The 8 days of instruction occur two days per month on the following dates: 11/19-20, 12/10-11, 01/21-22 and 02/218-19
