Michael R. Simonson, Ph.D.

 Mike has taught and consulted distance learning around the world. He has over 27 years experience instructing, researching, implementing, and evaluating distance education programs. He has published 5 textbooks including “Teaching and Learning at a Distance: Distance Education Foundations, 2nd Ed. Mike has won numerous awards in Distance Learning, and has made many presentations at national and regional conferences. He is currently a Program Professor in the Instructional Technology and Distance Education Program at Nova Southeastern University.
