Description:
Instructional Development and Delivery is the second of two related courses that will introduce the fundamental concepts and requisite skills to use a systematic approach to creating instruction. In Introduction to Instructional Design, you determined what should be included in an instructional unit, and how it should be organized and presented. During the second half of the term, in Instructional Development and Delivery, you will actually create the instruction and evaluate it.

- Formative Evaluation
Objectives:
Upon completion of Instructional Development and Delivery students will be able to:
- Compare Design and Development Tools
- Identify available tools and techniques used by instructional designers
- Identify available tools and techniques used by instructional designers
- Determine strengths and weaknesses of each tool and technique
- Identify when each tool and technique is appropriate
- Develop Instructional Materials
- Based on design documents develop efficient and effective student materials
- Based on design documents develop efficient and effective student assessments
- Conduct a Formative Evaluation
- Identify formative evaluation participants
- Conduct formative evaluations
- Develop a revision plan based on formative evaluations
